What size is the card, and how big is my ad?+
The shared mailer is a full 8.5×14" double-sided glossy card — legal size, two-sided. Each individual ad panel measures 4⅓" wide × 3⅞" high. That's a solid, postcard-sized space — large enough to carry a strong headline, your logo, contact info, and a clear call to action.
How many households will my ad reach?+
Each run reaches 10,000–20,000 households in your target area, delivered via Canada Post Neighbourhood Mail. Targeting is filtered by neighbourhood, postal code, household type, and income level — so you're reaching the people most likely to buy from you.
What's included in the $400? Are there taxes?+
The $400 covers everything: your ad slot on the shared card, Canada Post Neighbourhood Mail delivery, design support for your ad panel, and campaign coordination. No hidden fees, no print markup, no separate delivery charges. BC taxes apply at checkout — GST (5%) + PST (7%) — for a total of $448 per run including tax.
How do I know if it worked?+
Several ways: include a unique promo code on your ad, add a QR code that points to a page on your own website, or simply ask new customers how they heard about you. Most clients use a combination of promo code and just asking — it's straightforward and reliable.
What areas can I target?+
Any Canadian community with a population of 15,000 or more. We're not limited to a preset list of cities. If your market qualifies, we can run it — from major metros to mid-sized towns coast to coast.
How many ad slots are available per card?+
12 total — 6 ads per side. Slots are limited by design, so your business isn't buried next to dozens of competitors. Once a run is full, it's full.
Can a competitor's ad appear on the same card as mine?+
No — and that's a firm rule. We accept only one business per service category per card. If you're a plumber, no other plumber goes on that run. If you're a dental clinic, you're the only dental clinic. Your ad gets the category exclusively, not just a slot.
What do I need to provide?+
Your business details and target market to start. From there, our team works with you on the ad design. If you have existing brand assets — logo, colours, copy — bring them. If not, we'll help you build something that works.
When is the next run?+
We run cards on the 1st of every month. The next run is June 1, 2026 — you must confirm your slot and complete payment by May 17, 2026. July and August are also open for booking now.
